Porcine Fattening Performance Test Station

The station can house 456 pigs in 5 different rooms and is equipped with a slurry management system with trampling grids in the barn. In order to reduce the impact of environmental factors, a central controlled ventilation system operates with cooling and heating availability. Feed consumption of animals is measured individually using transponders inserted into the ears of animals.
