RIABNM - Production-Research Department - Product Classification Department
As part of various experiments the department performes qualifying of half-carcasses according to S EUROP system with various parameters (meat color, pH). In addition, this team achieves registration, analysis and evaluation of data. The group carries out Trichinella examinations at slaughterhouse, maintains drug records and feed registers, handles shipping documents, compiles quarterly farm inventory and prepares related analytical statistics, draws billing related duties, and continuously updates pilot projects.
